What the study analysed
The study examined how agile coaches help organisations sustain change after their engagements end. It drew on 16 semi-structured interviews with professional agile coaches across 7 countries.
Transcripts were analysed using Braun and Clarke's six-phase inductive thematic analysis. The publication describes Evidano as "an artificial intelligence driven qualitative analysis tool."
