What the publication shows
JET Education Services is an established education research and evaluation organisation. In its Annual Report 2023, "Working Towards Impact", the team describes an outcome harvesting evaluation guided by an international outcome harvesting specialist, its monitoring and evaluation team’s first. JET annual reports from 2011 to 2022 were reviewed by JET researchers and analysed using Evidano.
The tool was one of five evidence sources, alongside an internal staff survey, an external partner survey, project team engagements and a board workshop. Together they yielded more than 200 outcomes showing changes in behaviour, relationships, policies and practices among JET’s clients and partners.
The report states the reports were "reviewed by JET researchers and analysed using AILYZE". The AI analysis sat inside a participatory, researcher-run process rather than replacing it.
