Primary problem and audience: qualitative researchers and evaluation teams need reproducible methods to turn stakeholder experience into actionable recommendations. The PLOS ONE case study demonstrates how strategy mapping software can structure participatory evaluation and produce usable recommendations. According to PLOS ONE (Björnqvist et al., 2026), the case combined four workshops with 15 healthcare professionals and produced ten participant-developed recommendations; this post explains how AI-enabled qualitative research practices can reproduce and scale that workflow.
